This form does not confirm your booking - once we check our calendar and send you an official confirmation email, then your booking will be confirmed.
Terms & Conditions
1. A deposit of 50% of the cost of the hall hire to be paid within 7 days of this invoice been issued.
2. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the booking been cancelled and the date been made available.
3. The balance is to be paid 3 months before the booking date. No Cheque or Cash payments only EFT's
4. Please email proof of payment to booking@nmjislamiccentre.co.za, we will email you a paid receipt.
5. R10 000 rands refundable deposit is to be paid as security for damages etc.
6. Please email proof of bank account to booking@nmjislamiccentre.co.za, note refunds will be done 10 days after your event.
